Catered Too is a Bay Area Catering and Special Events Company since 1992. Greg Casella, owner of the business, was good friends with Georgia and Stephen Baron who bought the property in the early 2000's. They lovingly restored the property to what it is today, developing the Barn for receptions. When they were ready to retire they reached out to Greg to see if he knew anyone who might be interested in carrying on their legacy. Greg had seen the property when they first got it and watched as they built it into one of the premiere venues in the Sacramento area.

Matt Mermod has been with Catered Too for over 15 years as Executive Chef and part of the management team. He oversees the daily operations of Newcastle Gardens and the Red Horse Barn.
